- To transfer your account from one email to another Log into your web account and click on the USER button
- Click on “Account and Security” from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the “Transfer Account” button.

- Enter the email address of the recipient account and click “Transfer account”.
- Review the pop-up message that appears and click “Confirm” to proceed.
- Wait for the transfer process to complete. This may take several minutes depending on the number of assets in your account.
- Once the transfer is complete, your current account will be deactivated and all your projects will be transferred to the new account.
- The recipient will receive an email notification that their account has been transferred.
